Casting Call: HGTV Show Seeking Young Families for Home Makeover

Is your house chock full of stuff and you just don't know where to begin?HGTV might be able to help you out.

The home design and decorating network is seeking young families from our area for an upcoming show.

Here are the details:

  • Families with a compelling story
  • Enthusiastic, easy-going, good-humored young families with young kids
  • Stand-alone homes
  • Rooms in need of cosmetic makeover
  • Willing to de-clutter and sell old items 
  • Available for one day in mid-July and Aug. 15-23.
  • Must live within a 45-minute drive from New York City
To apply, send your name, age, occupation, location, children's names and ages to homeownercasting@gmail.com. Casting application deadline is Friday, July 12 at noon.
