Adopt a Special Needs Pet at Sean Casey

Sean Casey Animal Rescue does an amazing job getting animals into loving homes, but sometimes the animals need a little extra help finding someone who's a perfect match. Right now they've got several special needs pets at the shelter, and they're hoping to get the word out about these sweet animals that need placement.

One of the dogs available is Paul, the 3-month-old Pit Bull Terrier puppy pictured above:

Paul's Mom accidentally sat on him when he was only a few weeks old causing a broken leg.  At that time he was too small for surgery and it did not heal properly. To better Paul's quality of life, the leg was amputated. Paul is learning to get around just like other dogs, and he's not letting it stop him. He's an energetic and happy pup!

They've also got a Jay Jay, an adorable blind pug; Lulu, a gorgeous tabby cat who gets around great on three legs; and Deca an affectionate black kitten whose broken jaw is healing really well. Check the SCAR Facebook page for their full descriptions, or stop by the shelter to meet them in person!
