Man Missing from Maimonides Hospital
Police are searching for Umberto Garcia, who disappeared from the ER on Sunday evening.
Police in the 66th Precinct are asking for the public's help locating Umberto Garcia, who went missing from Maimonides Hospital on Sunday evening.
Garcia, 60, was last seen at the hospital, located at 4802 10th Ave., around 8 p.m. According to police, Garcia was in the emergency room awaiting treatment for depression and left without being released.
Garcia is around 6-foot-2 and weighs roughly 200 pounds. He has short salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red sweater, blue jeans and black Timberland boots.

Anyone with information regarding Garcia's disappearance is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted online here or texted to 274637(CRIMES), then enter TIP577.
