Sean Casey Animal Rescue's Sunset Park Spot

Last night a bunch of folks got a sneak peak at the new facilities Sean Casey Animal Rescue will have in Sunset Park (551 39th Street) before all is set to open in a coupe of months. It is a nice, large space, which will at least double their capacity, and house about a hundred dogs, located almost at the top of the hill behind the 36th street bus depot.

The top floor of the building allows for a large administrative space, with possibly some of the best views in town. We're thinking 4th of July fundraisers ...

But not to worry - SCAR is not moving, it is expanding, so the location on E3rd and Hamilton Parkway will remain.

As always - if you wish to volunteer, donate, walk a dog, or adopt one - please get in touch: SCAR or call 718-436-5163.
