The Early Word: Jaya Yoga East to Offer 'Express' Classes
What you need to know, pre-coffee.
1. Starting in June, will begin offering hour-long express classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. Cost per class is $10. Perfect for those in need of a quick, midday stress-reliever. So, everybody.
2. Summer may just be starting, but it's never too soon to begin planning for the next school year. Register for the Kings Bay Y at Windsor Terrace's After School program for September 2012 and get $50 off of your first month. The discount is available for both current and new families until Friday.
3. The mastiff known as "Ghost Dog" that has been roaming Prospect Park for the past four years has been caught by Sean Casey and his crew. .
