Photo Story: Brooklyn Celebrates St. Patrick's Day

Brooklyn's annual St. Patrick's Day Parade began and ended in Windsor Terrace on Sunday, and we were there to document it. Check out our photos of curious onlookers, babies in hats, dogs in hats, the aftermath of a Silly String fight and more.
