UPDATE: Missing Boro Park Man Found Dead on Saturday

Vincenzo Lattanzio was last seen in his home on Thursday.

Update, Jan. 20: On Jan. 19, Vincenzo Lattanzio was found unconscious and unresponsive on 59th Street near 16th Avenue. EMS pronounced him dead on arrival. 

The circumstances of Lattanzio's death are under investigation.

Original story: Police in the 66th Precinct are asking for the public's help locating Vincenzo Lattanzio, who has been missing from his Borough Park home since Thursday.

Lattanzio, 83, was last seen in his home on 88th Street near 16th Avenue around 4 p.m. He is described by police as standing 5-foot-4 and weighing 150 pounds, with blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing light blue slacks and a green bubble jacket

Anyone with information regarding Lattanzio's whereabouts is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS. Tips can also be submitted online here or texted to 274637(CRIMES), then enter TIP577.
